Initial Discovery Call

This call is to get to know your company and the accounting procedures you currently have in place. This is the time to disclose and review your company’s situation and current practices. From this discovery call, we can gauge what kind of services you require and how we can best assist you.

Logistics Call

Once we have all of your information, our team of experts will analyze your companies situation and brainstorm multiple solutions. One of our team members will contact you to discuss the solutions we believe would benefit your company and break down exactly how we plan to solve every issue that arose during the initial discovery call. We encourage clients to ask any lingering questions about our team and voice any concerns not previously discussed during this call.

Onboarding Call

Finally, we will design a few packages, outlining the prices and defining each package’s scope. Once you have chosen your desired package, we will begin integrating our team with your accounting processes, discussing timelines and next steps.

We will walk you through how your new cloud accounting software works and how much easier it is to track your financials.
